It was in portuguese but I found it. The Startup was already Automatic and it had already Started. I stopped it and changed it, then returned it to the settings you told me. However, the problem is still the same. "(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070425)" Argh.

Sure, sure. I tried to create the hotspot again and it's giving me a message in portuguese, but with a code to the error: (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070425) Do you know if this is easy to fix? Because I think I fixed the other problem without even knowing what I was doing LOL

I use Avast free, so I don't have their firewall. My Windows Firewall isn't working either... oh god

Well, I disabled it and the error still occurs DDDD: I don't know what to do, I think I'm the only one who have this problem.
