You could definitely use a speed boost. A suicide Ninjask works, just spam protect and substitute until you have 3ish boosts and Baton Pass. Scolipede is also really good. But that would fix your problem with sticky web. Just a quick look, so I may be wrong.

Thanks! Tested out Sash and it works really well. I haven't found many cases where I have a problem with a fighting type so far. And I can't un Latias because it's not available without Pokebank (as far as I know). I'll test sash on Cloyster as well.
