Baton Pass - its role in the metagame and possible solutions to nerf full Baton Pass chains

I don't think baton pass should be banned. I think that it is not unhealthy to the metagame. The only gains this gen were baton pass scolipede and mega absol, a big threat admittedly, but most inexperienced players won't choose him as a mega in lieu of stronger megas. Also, mega absol has very...

    Pokémon Galvantula

I just tested on PS. Assault vest galvantula can't set up sticky web. For this reason, I believe that focus sash is the only reasonable item. Sash leaves you at 1 HP with a web, then switch. I believe galvantula's only use is sticky web. I think he will play well in the lower tiers. However, in...

    Inkay

True, but this guy is my sweeper. His job is to hit as hard and as quick as possible. Earlier I had hypnosis instead, because life orb and sub depletes HP fast. Plus, I am not sure how much speed torchic could cram into inkay.

Deep Metagross: A Pre-Bank OU team (peaked 1700)

This is a great team. I agree that mence is unpredictable. mence, pinsir, starmie, ferrothorn, and gross are all great I still do not know why people use quagsire. it has unaware but also bad stats. Personally, I would just use a phazer. Once again, great job!

ASSAULT VEST EXCADRILL?!?! Well, that's quite surprising as excadrill isn't very bulky. 110/60/65 defenses just aren't that great. hp is definitly good though. maybe Excadrill@ Leftovers Trait:Mold Breaker EVs:252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Spd Nature: Adamant -Iron Head -Rapid Spin -Earthquake -Stealth Rock

    Pre-Pokebank DD-Nite Team

Mamoswine is not a good hazard setter in this situation, as it has no really useful resistances. Also, don't put a sash on a slow pokemon, as after it sets up rocks, it dies. Look at saidinmilamber's ferrothorn, which is great. Also, mega scizor needs roost, as it is tanky. Finally, add trick to...

    Ubers Gear Rising: Revengeance

first and foremost, use iron head. it works just as well, and does more to non scarf t-tar as well as many other threats. Armstrong seems to work excellent. Dialga should replace draco meteor with dragon pulse, as its attacks are all special making a special attack drop BAD. Regular Giratina is...
