You have to extract the .JAR from the .RAR. A .RAR file can be unpacked with the free program called WinRAR, since I see you have Windows. If you already have WinRAR and it's still not opening, and if you correctly installed Java: right click the .JAR after extracting it from the .RAR, select...- TaylorVixen
