    I think your team screams for Wish support with the main sweepers (the birdies) taking a lot recoil damage with no recovery available. I would most likely replace Rotom with Vaporeon for this.

    Steel Wing is useless on Talonflame since Brave Bird will hit fairy types harder. You could replace it with either Will-O-Wisp or Bulk Up/Swords Dance for example.
