I personally prefer the Specially Offensive Lucario. Vacuum Wave as priority, Nasty Plot upon mega evolve, Aura Sphere to hit hard, and Flash Cannon as another hard hitter. He just seems to work better for me than the physical Lucario. I use to run Escavalier, but I prefer my choice band Scizor...
