Not bad, Not bad at all! First of all, I recommend you run a bulk up set on Talonflame. T-flame is just too frail, so bulk up over U turn and play with the evs. Garchomp needs something else instead of rocky helm. Try scarf. Greninja needs a Life Orb. That's all I can think of now, I might add...

So, umm, I have sort of made a team like this! I used the core of m-Charizard Y and Venusaur. Venusaur with chlorophyll and growth is OP! Then, because of other stuff, I put in Greninja as a counter. Then I built my team around that. Feels good to use your two x/y starters and your red/blue...
