    Yes, Roserade becomes quite good in OU this generation. The combination of Sleep Powder and Spikes ensures Roserade to cipple one poke and set up spikes. And the special bulk is not too shabby. The buff in defense this gen is nice too. I don't understand why people don't show more love to Roserade.
