Dunno if you changed it on purpose, but the 160 Def EVs on that lead 'Champ should be transferred to Atk. Without those, you won't be hitting hard enough. Also make sure it has 17 Speed IVs, so Zong can't break its subs. That's all I can say, it seems like a solid team.

All I can say is to change Infernape's nature to Jolly, since it isn't using any Special attacks. Oh, it could be beneficial to go max speed on Deoxys-S, but it's your call.

I'll tell you what I've told anyone with a LO-Dos: Use max speed. Those Hp EVs aren't really that helpful, and it could be worth it outspeeding ScarfTran after a DD, instead of it ending your sweep with Explosion or HP Electric.

I really think you should max the speed on Gyarados, since it'll still get outrun by Scarfed Heatran with a positive nature, which seem to be more and more popular. Oh, and r3e.
