When did I say it's a bad thing? I simply said it's hard to play around with Liligant because Sleep Powder is inaccurate, and if you predict incorrectly your Liligant is either killed or forced out. It's just frail so it relies on it.

And then I went on to state how Liligant is forced to Sleep Powder due to its frailness, otherwise it has the chance of being KO'd on the spot. Please tell me where I said Vileplume was a counter. I was just using it as a specific example of a check, given it wasn't the best example.

I don't think you can use two Quiver Dances in one turn, can you? I see what you're saying, but it doesn't make much sense as the usual thing to do would be to go for Sleep Powder (an unreliable move too) with the chance that the other mon stays in to bop you, as Liligant is frail. The problem...

Liligant A+ ---> A- Although Liligant is one of the, if not the best special sweeper in the meta right now, it's rather underwhelming, lacking the power and set-up opportunities. Some of the most common walls, such as Vileplume can come in and force Liligant out, making the other team lose...

    Metagame np: Stage 3 - 9(9) Problems

Here is my argument in favor of a Dragalge ban to RU: 1. Over-centralization. Before Dragalage got Adaptability, no one used Metang. The Weezing-Metang core didn't resist. The whole reason for the rise in Metang's popularity is that people are using it to merely check Dragalge. And even then...

XY NU Lejla - A Balanced NU RMT

I can run Grumpig in place of Metang and switch Lanturn out for Seismitoad, what do you think? Then I have a bigger weakness to Dragalge... But then again it's just a stupid idea at the end of the day. Lanturn already (kind of) takes care of Typhlosion but at the end of the day I only will have...

XY NU Lejla - A Balanced NU RMT

I didn't even catch that, haha, thanks. I don't see Typhlosion too much anymore. Added to the threat list ;) Alright. While initially I ran HP Fire to catch Glalie on a switch, I see your point. Thanks, I always forget about the IVs when making teams. Pidgeot's got messed up from trying out HP...

XY NU Lejla - A Balanced NU RMT

Lejla So I recently got back into the NU tier (just today), particularly because of the introduction of Mega Evolution to the tier. I was interested, and after playing around I finally got the basics of it. I wanted to build a team based around my new favorite Mega, Pidgeot, and that's just...

ORAS OU Rough Diamonds are now Pink - An RMT Ft. Mega Diancie (Peaked #11)

I'm confused. For some reason when I built my own team with Diancie it said Earth Power was illegal, but the rest of you can use it?

    XY OU Ex-VoltTurn MegaScizor Team

Seems legit, not much to say except that your Scizor's name should be Rock-Paper. A bit more creative.

    XY OU Doge(R.I.P.) N Friends[Peak @ 1954]

NOOO! I wanted the EVs for the Victini set! You shall be missed, Victory! :pirate:

0 Attack IVs on your special mons, bro.

    XY OU Masquerade

But then my team becomes uber-weak to fighting and ground. Although I do have three resists, I don't think it would work out. Perhaps a Thundurus-I to replace Heatran, Bisharp, or T-Tar?

XY OU Fairy-Dragon-Steel based Bulky Offense

Ok, first of all, I have no idea what the EVs they gave you mean. They're probably there for a reason, so I would just take it. First off, Latias doesn't have much of an offensive presence. I don't think it belongs on this team so I suggest Latios for that slot. I'll include a set for him...

    XY OU Masquerade

I'm honestly going to drop this team. Suggestions have been tried and I've found them unhelpful and I get work my team around some common OU threats.

XY OU Fairy-Dragon-Steel based Bulky Offense

Amy Sorel beat me to it. Taking her suggestions into consideration will make your team near-perfect. However outside of Heatran, Ferrothorn becomes a huge problem for your team. This is why I would suggest Superpower>Knock Off on Azumarill. Scizor already has Knock Off on its set so running...
  18. Hulg Bears

    XY OU Masquerade

I see the problems with my team, however all of what is suggested I already have on my team. Example: a person told me to run Assault Vest on Bisharp when I already had it on Azu, and to run Taunt on Gardevoir even though I had it on Gliscor.
  19. Hulg Bears

    XY OU Masquerade

Masquerade I've always wanted to use Gardevoir in a team. Any team. My dream was finally fulfilled when XY came out and gave it a Mega Evolution to make it useful. It ended up being placed in UU. However, it soon got moved up to BL. It, at the time in the metagame, was simply not OU material...

    XY NU A Thousand Suns

Hey, cool team. I'm curious as to why you run Shadow Sneak on Spiritomb? What coverage does Dark/Ghost offer? If I'm mistaken, it offers no coverage and it seems that it's just a filler and serves no purpose. I get that you can Shadow Sneak things when things set up, waiting for the moment...
