XY OU Swamp Madness (MeVo Swampert)
I dont run him 252 spe because he is only 80 Base, so he doesnt out speed much. i'd prefer to have him tankier so he could setup rain more than once need be. and thunder/hurricane arent as accurate without rain, i dont want him to be out wasting turns in the rain, if rain is up i want swampert...- heroic24
