Charizard is probably the one base 100 that doesn't outspeed Lando because it usually runs Adamant and the max ATK max Speed spread has gotten kinda rare... But still, your point remains. Also, a 2HKO with Focus Blast is a very shaky 2HKO to give up Speed for.

Yeah of course Thundurus is a better Twave user because it's got Prankster. The two aren't really comparable though because they fill different roles and are usually used on different teams. If you got both you don't need Twave on Ferro but it's generally still a good option to cripple fast...

Yeah that's one of Ferro's more common sets. Depending on whether you use Gyro Ball a lot, it can be replaced by Thunder Wave or Stealth Rock to fill different roles.

Yeah I usually run Healing Wish on my Latias, it's just so nice and can really turn a game around. Especially if your mon is so weak it would die to hazards and your opponent has already kinda written it off in his head, so he may play riskier with his checks/counters to it, so when it comes...

Even then, I had neither of the 3 on my team and he specifically switched into my Latios, he HAS to go for Pursuit or at least Knock Off there. Also, there's better counters to Volcarona, Zard Y and Talonflame other than running crappy Bisharp sets... But if it's a thing it's a thing I guess.

Not that I disagree with Chansey going to A, but why are you comparing it to Clefable? Those two have nothing in common but the color. Chansey is a wall / cleric while Clef is a pivot / setup sweeper that can also run cleric sets (that are pretty much outclassed though imo). Clefable is scary man.
