this one isn't that important / urgent but i noticed it, so... skitty's shiny back sprite is moving in a slightly slower speed than the non-shiny (you can't really tell unless you look at them sidebyside). i didn't actually notice this one until i switched my skitty from a non-shiny to shiny...

What's the thing that comes up near Gallade's foot every once in a while? Also, the non-shiny's head is flickering a lil bit, while the shiny version's head doesn't seem to have shading (or maybe that's the way its supposed to be)
