To begin, on mega scizor, I would run bug bite instead of x scizor, because they have the same base power, but bug bite steals a opponents berry and uses it, which can be helpful in certain circumstances. On rotom wash, try running 4 in speed to outside other rotom and base 85 with 4 in speed.
