I've battled this team before, and the biggest weakness is Specs Kyogre. It takes away your Hail, and OHKO's almost every Pokemon on your team. I don't know how to solve the problem without ruining the team itself though.

Is Deoxys-E allowed in this Pokemon league? If so, you're very weak to it and you may want to put a Rest Talk Bronzong over Snorlax or Lucario. That way you keep the Ice resist, and handle Mamo and Deoxys very well.
