IF it's the unaware variant, which you can't predict. In any case the only things that can cause damage to cune are electric and grass moves, which are both really counterable

AAA Crocune, with Poison Heal or (maybe even worse) unaware is nearly uncounterable without a waterproof (preferably one that can resist ice) pokemon that can avoid toxic. Sheer force Raikou and Thundy can take it down fast enough if it's not bearing too many boosts already.
