Instead of just normal Kyurem, I would suggest you run Kyurem-Black, as it is much more viable in OU. Fake Out could be switched for Low Kick, as without it, you are walled by ferrothorn and Bisharp, with only Knock Off and Ice Shard use against them.

You should try an AgiliGross set with this monster. Its insane bulk and good speed allow it to set up on its normal checks/counters. Max HP+max Attack is the way to go. Adamant nature.

BTW, your team looks great, but Bisharp LOVES sticky web. It gives him disgusting +2 attack. Anyways, because you said you didn't really use defog, replace it with roost for sustainability.

Focus Sash is not needed on Lando-T because it has the sufficient bulk to set up rocks and work as a bulky pivot using U-Turn. Also run the bulky set or scarf set.

The only reason Kyurem-B is in OU is because it has no good STAB physical ice moves and a bad/decent physical movepool. I do agree with your other suggestions though.
