I feel like people understimate Decidueye. For me Rowlet/Dartrix were meh early game but as soon as it evolved into Decidueye it got a very good Ghost-type STAB and learns Leaf Blade slightly later on. Those two great STABs along with good attack, special bulk and a speed that isn't *that* bad...

IMO I think Grubbin should be higher. While you only get Vikavolt at late-game, Charjabug is actually pretty strong on its own. Its typing is very good, Bug Bite/Spark are decent reliable STABs, and its bulk is alright. Learning Thunderbolt as Vikavolt without needing a TM is also another plus...

Pretty sure he means with no items. With no Specs/life Orb Mega Garde hits harder without being reliant on Terrain & not taking damage from life orb or being limited to one move.

To be fair Lele has no Pixilate Hyper Voice or other things like Will-O-Wisp that Mega Garde has over it along with slightly less special bulk & speed. Lele can hold items and not take the Mega slot in return along with basically been immune to propriety, I think they are equally as good...
