Both skarmory and mega scizor are 2HKO'd by mega-cham as well. You were right when you said he has no switch ins, but the reality is their are no switch ins other than bulky psychic types like mew or slowbro, and a lot of mega-medichams have started running thunderpunch for slowbro.
