when i try and enter a username, once its accepted, the game crashes.. on the desktop version.. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game.. and it still happens. it is very upsetting.. please tell me how to solve this

please help me I cant get on any form of PS server, pokelovers, showdown or frost. I don't know why and its very upsetting. it isn't my internet because I have switched and used my hotspot as well and it still wont work please help me
