Drain Punch might be a better option so Meinshao stays in battle longer but if you're hoping do a bit of damage HJK/JK is the moves your looking for. You could always try it out then change it back if you dont like it. Use reckless with HJK/JK and inner focus with Drain Punch.

I completely agree. Gyro Ball doesn't go well unless it's with Trick Room. Stealth Rocks works very well as a hazard your first move out and I think it'll work well on this team since this team doesn't have any entry hazards really.

Considering the fast paced battle style of VGC, speed is very imporant. Meowstic-F's Special Attack is a bit lacking. Use Modest for the boost in special attack as long as you use 252 [or alot] EV's for speed.
