    UU pokemon would simply just not be feasible in OU. You would pretty much get raped. Every single pokemon would have to be changed to fit the environment. There are very few instances that a UU pokemon can be used in OU.

    I still like Breloom over Dugtrio, and agree that you need a Rapid Spinner, and that Starmie would be perfect. Fire isn't really a Major attacking type in OU so, you don't really have to worry all that much.
