I think toxic spikes are very handy. I mean opposing Blisseys/Cresselias can be a pain for him. It also really helps stall alot better then just spikes. Zapdos works really niceley stalling when the opponent its toxiced. Also. Go with shed shell instead of Leftovers on Forretress. Late game...

It seems as if once your Rotom is gone. It will be a pain for you to kill Blissey. Another reason to have swampert over Suicune.

You might want to fix your Zapdos ev spread as you can still add more evs, and your team is rather slow. Maybe give Heatran a scarf, since Infernape, and lucario screw your team horribly once Zapdos is gone. Maybe make Zapdos more defensive.

Ok. I am not that good at rating teams, but a Cresselia can give you problems, especially if it has light screen/reflect. Just throwing it out there. Not really sure on how you can cure that weakness, but im sure these people can. Nice team, indeed.
