I've done some testing over the past few days, and have found that replacing Garchomp with Scizor has been a much more suitable option for my fairy weakness, and i have also been going between many different mons to replace gengar. I would take out the Slowbro... Lose water, keep psychic. It's a "what needs to go" kind of trade off, but if you truly want gothitelle, thats the way to go.
