Smeargle doesn't actually learn the move; I was very specific: Look up any Pokemon's Egg moves; they will be obtainable through something other than Smeargle. I noticed a similar problem with Fidgit and Spikes.

As for Zen Headbutt...I dunno... I can't really think of what use Kitsunoh would have for it outside of Flinching, because it barely puts a dent in any of its counters/checks. But, it's not Allowed, and the move discussion is closed off, so there's not much we can do about it... ===========...

If Kitsunoh got an Attack boost off of Meteor Mash, what would be tempted to switch in? It might be useful to draw out pHazers...
