    Alright I don't play VGC but I know a decent bit about it so I may be able to give you some tips. Here goes: - I don't know if you still plan to use Pikachu since its not Pikachu Cup but Raichu does the same job a bit better. Id just give it a life orb or something else instead. - I don't know...

    Although it looks like a nice doubles team, this team wouldn't be allowed in the Pikachu Cup since you're only allowed to use non-legendary Electric Type Pokemon.
