TBH, Lando's only A+ set should be its defensive SR set. When an opposing Torn has AV, I never get too worried because while it has good longevity, it isn't that immediately threatening. LO on the other hand is a nightmare to constantly switch into and it being able to break stall more easily...

It is superior to moonlight because in OU sand and rain are common which reduce the hp that you get back where as soft-boiled is not affected by weather. It also has double the PP. While it is hard to get, I have seen some people who have it and it would really help my team out.
