    I'm gonna go against the grain and say Dragon. Removes Fire weakness, gives it a handful of new resistances, and doesn't give any new weaknesses. It also would make sense for a Steel/Dragon to have Levitate, which would remove a Ground weakness.

    I cast my vote for Normal. Neutrality in a scout is a must. I also think that if the primary type is Normal, the secondary type should be Ghost. That way, it only has one weakness, 3 immunities, and a handful of neutrailities.
