your metagross should probably carry a fire weakening berry (maybe ochre i dont remember) or sash

your metagross mite need some speed over spatk

you should probably put some of yanmega's spd evs into hp because it has protect and give it a sash to cure its frailty and give it 2 opportunities to hit with hypnosis.

but if the other guy starts out with a lead metagross with bullet punch or lead aerodactyl with taunt, your smeargle is useless.

this is a pretty good team, but you should give your jolteon a life orb, and sorry but ive never understood this, what are you going to pass with your jolteon? also, what do you mean close combat will neutralize nasty plot?

for a rest-talk machamp u might want to have guts over no guard and cross chop over dynamic punch

for umbreon, you might want to swap yawn for protect to make sure u get the wish in there
