    Observation: Hoopa-U has counters, things that revenge kill it, and things that can switch in and kill it straight up. It has poor speed and defense, doesn't help a ton vs HO or stall (depending on the set.) I don't see it as very different than Kyurem-B, honestly, and no one's trying to ban...
