Definently Metagross. It's bulky, has SR and great typing. I don't run asplosion because I switch Gross into meteors a lot mid-game.

Lucario has many more checks then Empoleon, and people often employ them more because Lucario is used more. Blissey and Vappy may wall Empoleon, but the former is easy to take out given the chance and the latter is rarely used. I also don't like how nobody employs Lucario's massive movepool...

You forget that BECAUSE Luke is the #6 pokemon in OU, people will be expecting him more and will make necessary preperations to stop him, such as running gliscor.

Thanks for you comment. There's no way I'm getting rid of 'Zone though. Instead of just forcing things out, it removes them from the battle. I'll think about Starmie though. Problem is it can't spike, leaving me with only SR.
