can Zapdos not learn hp grass? I'm having some trouble with it. If it can, I'd use it to beat Skarmory w/ whirlwind and Hp Grass for Swampert. I'd take out the Bullet Puncher without Baton Passing anyways. ZApdos, and Salamence can handle steels pretty well.
