Magcargo needs an evo and get Solid Rock. Probably base stats like: 80 / 55 / 150 / 100 / 120 / 25 That would probably make it more useful. Also, Ampharos screams Tail Glow. I mean cmon, for a pokemon that can be used as a light-alternate for lighthouses, You would think his tail would glow.

You should change the location of EV training for HP. The Wooper - Quagsire appearance is only on route 212-south, not just route 212. That may confuse some people.
