    True but i suppose sence pokemon in shoddy can be taught moves they know before there caught. im sure EV's wont be restricted for time and making it easier to use him. but in game i wonder if he is actually a very weak pokemon for this reason...

    It's releaseing at 12 tonight in japans time zone. So we should at least look at what the uber game will need to do to make way for the god of all pokemon.. Testing should aslo take place within a few weeks.
