Okay so, I'm trying to ev train my salamence but it's only level 5. I bred Dragon Dance on it, but I'm afraid if I put it in the daycare the Dragon Dance slot might get replaced with a level up move. Is there any way I can prevent this?

Do pokemon gain ev's when they level up in the day care center?

hmmm, then would you say Im at a significant disadvantage by breeding my own things?

Eh, I'll ask once more. 3rd times a charm. 30/28/21/31/12/31 Timid Magnezone w/Magnet Pull/ Good enough for personal use on WiFi? (as in - will it still be effective?) It's only purpose is trapping scizor and skarmory.
  7. Why is pokemon so addicting?

    Pokemon and escapism?

My question: I already asked this earlier, but I still want a second opinion :/ 30/28/22/31/12/31 Timid Magnezone w/Magnet Pull Is this good for personal use on wifi? like i said earlier, it's only purpose is trapping scizor and skarmory.

I would place them depending on your set. It would help if you listed Dragonite's purpose. Anywho, go with the 44 in Attack. The large HP investment combined with D-Nite's already good defenses is quite solid. Hitting harder would be the better return here. (this is my opinion)

30/28/22/31/12/31 Think this is alright for a personal magnezone? It's on wifi, and it's only purpose is trapping scizor/skarmory. (it's not taking special moves anyway)

  12. My First *Official* RMT [OU]

Hey, you might want to try Porygon2 over something. Porygon2 is bulky, and instantly stops DD Mence and DD Gyara. (Although this gives you more trouble with Lucario.) Porygon2 on the switch as they DD, the Trace ability copies intimidate, intimidates them, and now you can either bolt beam for...
  13. When Worlds Collide (DPP sucks RMT #2 using only Kanto and Johto Pokemon)

If you have a Scizor and perhaps a slight Celebi problem Magnezone might do you some good. Magnezone traps Scizor and rapes it (leaving Tyranitar in a good spot knowing that it doesn't have to fear him coming in and using that god damned Bullet Punch). Magnezone can also carry Signal Beam which...

Things like Intimidate, Confusion, Swords Dance, Curse, Calm Mind, etc., do not reamain when a pokemon switches out. However, Speed cuts from Paralysis and Burns (which reduce attack) remain for as long as the pokemon has that status infliction. My question: I'm currently SR'ing for a Timid...
  15. Anyone related to a celebrity?

I have to say, I'm pretty amused reading this thread. First off, where the hell is the proof? Oh, did I say that I'm the cousin of Bill Gates? I'm also directly related to Ted Bundy. Secondly, how did you guys find this stuff out (aside the mentioned "my grandma told me one day" story)? It seems...

hasnt recieved an answer yet so.. Overall, is battling on Wi-fi easier or harder than battling on Shoddy? (i.e) Is it "easier" to win on wi-fi or harder? I know there are a lot of factors and everything, but please give your most accurate answer.

PREDAORYWASPS: Hmm, I do not see this working too well. Breloom has base 70 speed and is way to slow to Taunt, and since 99% of SR suicide leads are faster, they'll get up rocks before you know it. Fake out may have some potential to break sashes - but lead Infernape does this job better. There...

Reptilia: I've bred a couple of really good ones - but let me tell you - there is no quick way to get them. (Besides AR/Pokesav of course). It took me about 3 months to get a 31/31/26/x/31/31 - and that was tough. It takes time and patience, nothing more - nothing less. Okay, so the Magnet...
