Venusaur Gmax is so bulky and chip down and sweep pretty well with Gmax vine lash. I would say be wary of ditto copying your zacian if you let the team get weakened.

So blastoise gets the moveset of venusaur and charizard and so would get access to roost and sludgebomb things like that.
