In regards to team Raikou, Opposing Scizor spamming U-turn might pose quite a problem if they can get him in against Celebi sans-sub or Espeon. Zone would definitely punish any other move tho if you opted to trade out for him. And sadly, Aura Sphere Raikou is limited to only a Rash nature losing...

this is my first time posting here, but hopefully it's not too horrible :p this is the first team i made for the gen, and so far is still the most consistent for me. As always when i'm feeling a little lazy when making teams, i just start with a fire/water/grass core and see where it goes...
