Rain is probably the main reason why nobody is using Rhyperior in OU. It's a decent check for Sandstorm if you're using a Sun team though, because it wrecks most Tyranitar and can hold its own weight against Landorus and (to a lesser extent) Excadrill. Not to mention Sun helps patch up...
