Didn't see an answer for this, but the stramer was using Rookidee and it was standing on the ground and then flew to attack. Edit: Now he has the middle evolution, and it flies the entire time.

I am almost positive that the "dolphin" is the purple Tapu island guardian thing in its "closed" form, and that the snowman is actually Sandygast. Its possible the Chinese leaker saw an early version of it, possibly a sketch that wasn't colored yet, and mistook the pile of sand as a pile of snow.
