@Haunter: I considered giving Gliscor one of those moves. I'm leaning on giving it Taunt, but I'm kinda wary about limiting it to only one attacking move when there are so many popular Pokemon that are immune to it. Wouldn't it be better to give it something like Stone Edge? @mc2094: Yes...

Okay, applied the changes, but went with Starmie over Vaporeon. Also serves as an effective Gyarados counter, allows me to absorb status a bit better, and gives me the Rapid Spinner I was looking for. Any other advice from anyone? All comments (read: not flaming/trolling) are appreciated.

Well, they do try that, and if Tran does get KO'd, I can always switch into Togekiss (who will finish Ape of if it isn't packing HP Ice) or Rotom.
