    hi i was wondering if theres a good rain dance specially based kingdra that can take out blissey i HAVE read all sets of the analysis and tryed most of them but i want one like idk rain dance/hydro pump/outrage/draco meteor but can out speed scarfed jirachi in the rain. is that possible
