Target frame is 8, but wait, does this mean I have to calibrate for my starting frame? I thought the starting frame was always 8.

I just mash to get my egg but everytime I go for it, it's never on my target frame. Unless the eggs are generated on frame 1 under Breeding (BW) in the RNG Reporter, I don't see how to get around the NPCs.

For breeding RNG, do the moving pokemon in the daycare affect your frames? Also, I heard that the human NPCs still move when you talk to the daycare man, is this true?

PokeShifter makes it so that you can't have your Pokemon holding items in order to be transfered, obviously put it due to the TM changes. So we're basically without Soul Dew till an Event rears it's head

I was honestly expecting Swift Swim from this guy but speed boost is a nice surprise! Whether it'll be running Mixed, or Physical I can see it making a bigger impact especially with Life Orb at hand and it'll be using Waterfall more often than Aqua Jet. Also, Baton pass? Unpossible much?

Edited OP with Pre-Evo moves I'm getting myself confused now. But I don't think quick feet activate when you're afflicted with Paralysis, but then again that mechanic could have changed EDIT: Checked a detailed view on the ability, Paralysis doesn't drop the speed, but you don't gain the boost
