As a player who have started playing NU more in the last few days, I have some questions about certain mons. Why Cinccino, Clawitzer and Miltank are D rank now and how did they become unviable? Why is Masquerain (an untiered Bug/Flying with no niche other than webs) ranked?

Why do people keep using Hitmontop since the tier is filled with so many better fighting types like Passimian, Medicham and Gallade? Besides, Hitmontop's niche is completely rubbish in NU, so why does it still see usage?

I think Exploud should get a pseudo-analysis, just like the other unranked unviable mons in the other metagames.
