So what viable mons exist in the tier that can reliably switch into Abra, take the hit, then either beat Abra in speed 100% (priority or scarf) and multi-hit to kill a sashed abra? Shellder? As far as I see, a sashed Abra will always take down at least 1, usually 2 mons without question. And...
