A Scarfed Superpower could demolish everything once Ghosts are out of the way. Every turn you get a +2 boost to attack. Even resisting defenders would get 2HKO'd.

I'd like to point out that Arcanine is already top tier UU, only staying down because of Milo and Rhyperior. With the ability to crush both of those it would definitely get bumped to BL. He won't be great in OU, but he'll be banned from lower tiers. He'll be Staraptor.

Lead Azelf hold an item that is useful for its specific purpose. Why would you want to be that Azelf holding a Scarf? Transform doesn't copy stat boosts. After one DD, you can only speed tie.

I think Thunder Wave + Volt Change could be a great way of spreading paralysis. Ground types don't switch in because their STABs are useless, and run the risk of eating an Ice Beam/Grass Knot.

But maybe the only thing preparedto stop your sweeper in the wings is a strong water type, so if your opponent doesn't have one you'll chalk it up as a win anyway.

I wonder how this would work for swimming goggles. If Swimming Goggles Ditto comes in on Gyara, does it fall asleep, or does it transform and get the speed boost?

If in one turn he can score a +2, 125 Atk stat, 70/80 BP STAB, neutral hit on Intimidate users like Mence and Gyara (he can) he has a niche, and a useful one. His defense/typing is good enough to survive a hit from them too.

Immunity to not only EQ, but Surf/Discharge/etc in Double/Triple battles + Helping Hand makes it golden. In most situations outclassed by Cress, but it has a nice niche, I think.

If Stall becomes even mildly threatening, it's not too much trouble to just give a team member Rapid Spin and Aiming Mark, guaranteeing an entry-hazard free environment whenever you feel like it. No hazards means your stall team is just a bunch of fat people.
