About the move Memento; when you faint and your opponent's attack and special attack get lowered, does the pokemon you bring in afterwards take the attack, or does the oppenent get the "but there was no target" message when they launch their attack?

About leech seed, does it stay on your opponent even if you switch out? Say I seeded a Blissey with my Ludicolo. I'd want to switch out because Ludi can't really do much to Blissey. Would the leech seed still be in effect?

But if the rain dancer switches out before the 8 turn dance is done, will it still be eight turns?

About the Wet Rock, does the pokemon using rain dance need to hold the wet rock to get the extra turns, or could you switch out to a different pokemon that's not holding the wet rock and still get the eight turns, or does it go back to five? And similarly, can a pokemon holding a wet rock switch...
