I didn't catch a pokemon to verify my seed, I verified with elm responses, but the egg that was supposed to hatch as a jolly, ability 0 shiny hatched as a hardy ability 0 non-shiny. The egg was frame 1, so I didn't need to reject any other eggs after verifying my 10 elm calls for the shiny...

Is it possible to use elm responses to find out what seed you're on if you DO NOT KNOW what seed you logged in on or your elm responses in game do not match the ones rngreporter says you should have for that seed? Trying to go from the Seed to Time option requires me to know what seed I entered...

er, sorry, misread with first post....I will give that a try now, thanks question: do I need to know my seed hex to start with, or no? I have a half-baked idea I want to try that involves not having to catch a pokemon to verify my seed and only using elm calls to find out what seed I landed on.
