@surly. The whole cave is one route, so one catch, thats how most people do it. But it's your rules, so each floor can be a different route if you want.

So I've started my Soul Silver scramblocke. And I've remember how fun SS is. So I really can't be bothered scramblocking it, however I will still use the 12 Pokemon given to me, I've never trained a party of over 6 before. Anyways, that is all.

It says in the rules he can catch something to teach cut to, but can't use it in battle. Unless HM slaves were against your rules.

Don't worry, my first Scramblocke, 4 out of 12 of my Pokemon were steel types. Forretress, Steelix, Scarmory and.... something else.

Pwned. Ok my first update for these runs. Just got the dream dust or whatever and currently have one badge. My tactic worked against what's-his-face, which was to buff to +6 defense against Lillipup, since I knew it didn't know any physical moves and would probably just buff with Work Up...

Well at the moment I'm grind my tepig up one more level to lv.15 to try solo the first gym for my Black Scramblocke, so if i manage to do it at this level, you should be able to as well IAR. Will do an official update once i beat the first gym on all my runs.

I'm quite happy because IAR hasn't actually given me any berry holding Pokemon at all :) Will update my scramble and one of my scramblockes soon.

Well actually, fun fact for everyone, I did the first scramblocke, and then, sortly after someone else did one as well, but he interpreted the rules differently, and used the 'first pokemon per route' rule instead of the 'faint = death' rule, and worked from that. Still turned out quite well...
