Mangrovius vote: Drizzle: Keep UUBL Drought: 1. Keep UUBL 2. Unban Drought and Ban Mega Houndoom PS: I would be in favor of allowing Drought while banning Chlorophyll and allowing Drizzle while banning Swift Swim. The power level in my eyes isn't the problem, the speed tiers are.- Mangrovius
