Another option i just thought of was putting pain split on rotom, it helps keep it healthy and allows it to put in tonnes of work against thing that should counter it like t-tar.

My first suggestion put u turn on flygon, scarf flygon is an exceptional u turn abuser. A less important change you could make is putting wil o wisp on rotom over charge beam, personally i think crippling threats is more important for rotom since it's not fast enough to sweep against most teams
